Please keep in mind with the referral program. For every owner operators you refer and get working with us means you get 1% of their line for one year paid to you quarterly.

For every company driver referral, you can earn up to $ 600.00. Paid to you as follows: $200.00 once the driver hauls their first load, $200.00 after 3 months of employment, and $200.00 after the driver is here for one year. Please remember when you’re trying to recruit a Company driver that the Company owned ESOP benefits they will receive far outweigh any sign-on bonus companies are using to lure drivers. In addition, the quality of equipment, wages, health, and retirement benefits that driver receive working for the employee owned LHT Company nothing else can compare!
