Long Haul Drivers Implementing exercise routine while out on the road.
Some of Long Haul Drivers have started to implement a fitness program while out on the road. Below is the story of Kevin Haberman and what he has done to get fit out on the road.I do all my cooking at home on the weekends, everything is planned low carbs, low fat, absolutely no processed sugars. To complement my diet I try to work out 3 times a week including twice during the week at truck stops, mostly at night whether that be walking, jogging or bicycling. I use an app on my phone called “MapMyRide” to gauge my distance and time of my workouts. I carry a bicycle in the nose of my trailer for my cycling work outs. With this fitness plan in mind I hope to be working at Long Haul Trucking for another 20 years!Picture below is Kevin Haberman and his 14 year old niece they both ran in a 5K race on Saturday, May 21st. Kevin placed 2nd in the men’s division over 50!
