Long Haul Trucking announces new Owner Operator referral/mentor bonus program

For every O/O that you refer to LHT, you will receive 1% of the new hires line haul revenue for the first 12 months he is leased on to LHT. This excludes FSC revenue and is line haul only. Bonuses will be paid to you on a quarterly basis. The bonus is contingent on you calling the new hire at least biweekly to help council him on becoming a better O/O and help steer them in the right direction.

LONG HAUL TRUCKING is implementing a new Owner Operator referral/mentor bonus program effective Feb 18th 2014. This incentive program is for every O/O that is currently leased to LHT.

For every O/O that you refer to LHT, you will receive 1% of the new hires line haul revenue for the first 12 months he is leased on to LHT. This excludes FSC revenue and is line haul only. Bonuses will be paid to you on a quarterly basis. The bonus is contingent on you calling the new hire at least biweekly to help council him on becoming a better O/O and help steer them in the right direction. Both you and the new hire must not have any tickets, accidents or DOT violations during that quarter in order to receive the 1 % Bonus. (Example; if were accident/violation free for 3 out of the 4 quarters, you would receive bonus on 3 of the quarters.) New hires can be on either the 87% or 90% program. The 1% bonus earned will come out of LH’s portion of the line haul. LHT is also making it easier for you to recruit by offering 2 free weeks of trailer rent!

We have a huge shortage of trucks in every area of the country with the exclusion of CA, FL and TX. We are currently missing up to 50 % of the loads offered to us and if we don’t start covering it, they will allow other carriers to come in with lower rates, which could affect us long term. The best solution is to add some good quality trucks to our fleet and I personally feel I would rather reward the O/O’s that helped us build LHT, than pay for ads in magazines or radio ads and not getting quality guys like you. So give yourself and LHT a shot in the arm and find me someone like yourself and get him leased on with LHT. It’s a Win/Win for all of us!

Make sure you let recruiting know who you are referring as we want to make sure you get rewarded for your efforts. This referral program replaces all others previously in place.
