For the better part of the past 5 decades, Long Haul driver, employee owner and teammate, Joe Spadafore, has committed himself to trucking. With an estimated 3.5 million accident free miles on the road and 12 round trips from Minnesota to Alaska and back under his belt, he is a wealth of knowledge for any young professional driver to learn from and enjoy. Local Driver Recognized by National Group
The National Association of Small Trucking Companies (NASTC) represents over 15,000 trucking companies in the U.S. and Canada that employ over 180,000 drivers collectively. Each year the association sponsors a driver of the year program to recognize the very best drivers within their group. Among the drivers selected to NASTC’s 2023 Driver of the Year Team was Joe Spadafore who drivers for Long Haul Trucking of Albertville, MN.
“As a recipients of his prestigious award, Joe Spadafore joins a very elite group that represent the very best of our 180,000 drivers” according to Buster Anderson, Executive Vice President of NASTC.
“Long Haul Trucking is very proud of their drivers and should be very proud of themselves as well,” Mr. Anderson added. “It says a lot about a company when they can attract and keep employees of this caliber.”
Joe Spadafore has driven for Long Haul Trucking for over 16 years, has been a professional driver for over 45 years and has accumulated over 3,500,000 accident-free miles.
