• Copy of Bobtail Insurance for Tractor and Physical Damage Insurance for Tractor and trailer with “LONG HAUL” listed as Cert. Holder

DEDUCTIONS

Trailer rental fees: $350 + sales tax weekly (if applicable)
Security Reserve – $50 weekly deduction (minimum of $1500)
Satellite Equipment (PeopleNet) – LHT Supplied: $60.00 per month
License Reserve $100 per week (starts in July and runs for 19 weeks)
Insurance:

• PD/Bobtail Insurance: $223.50/Month (Based on 100,000 coverage .0225 x 100,000/12 + 36 = 223.50/Month)
• OCAC  $150 per month
• Cargo Insurance Billed at .055 cents pm (i.e. 10,000 mile would be $550.00)
